Ivy Cohen visited Sendai as part of a Japan - American Chamber of Commerce special meeting in 1991.

In light of the recent earthquake and tsunami that have destroyed much, if not all of Sendai’s major institutions, I have posted these photos to commemorate the beautiful and industrious city and its wonderfully hospitable people.
